I have so many things i want to blog about. Like the trip to Tall Island in Johor from the 18th to the 20th ( Like snorkelling, jungle trekking, star gazing, kayaking ( without life jacket !), tele- matching….), the activities i did after final presentation with college friends like bowling, pool, foosball, movies - Spidey 3 in OneU(17th) and Pirates 3 in Mid Valley(23rd). I was the last for both bowling games in Mid Valley and One U, Marcusses’ strikes are really powerful while i really can’t tahan Rachel’s slowball ( actually i think it’s not really slow ball, it’s more like you drop the ball and let it roll. LoL! So tortorous to watch when it rolls slowly but manage to strike. Sorry rach but i really do think so. Hehe).Shopping with Ash and Cheryl in Bangsar Village on Monday(21st) after seeing the Studio 2 seniors did their final presentation. First time eating in D’lish and Pizza Uno after watching Spidey 3. Went to Veritas with Ash to have interview (supposedly but didn’t) to work as practical trainees coz the guy was not around coz we didn’t reconfirm, but we filled in our details. The form required us to write our most embarassed moment, draw our own personality face and do a set of IQ questions. It was fun though, haha.Ashley’s surprise birthday party ala bbq on the 27th, which was on Sunday. How we prepared and marinated the food. Fun actually. Watched ‘Friends’ from midnight till 4am although i slept halfway through it during sleepover in Ash’s place yesterday or should i say this morning. Went for practical training interview in Veritas today and then went to KLCC after that. Planning to go to Singapore with Ash, Rach and Ash’s mama on the 9th till 15th of June. Then start work in Veritas from the 18th of June till 14th of July. And then on the 16th of july, semester 4 starts!!!! Back to sleep deprived and headaches and dreaming about work and crazy deadlines and some frustrated days! but of course, it’ll be exciting and interesting! Look forward to it, especially Studio 2 and Trip to India during Activities Week. Woohoo! Back to what’s happening now, practical taining in Veritas is not really work i think since  mr zainal said we are quite fresh ( as in we don’t know as much as the 3rd or 4th year students), he said we’ll just probably ‘hang out’ with the architects, likes see what they do and help if we can. Hopefully on the 24th of june, a bunch of high school friends are free to celebrate e ting’s birthday. Since i was the one who suggested it, so i’ll be the one organising i guess. But will be kinda busy working. Haha. Hope i can manage. It’s a 9 - 6 job actually in Veritas. I am now thinking maybe i can start working on the 4th of june and then take one week break to Singapore…….. No idea la. Hope to enjoy myself and do some shopping in Singapore. I think i’ll find out more about Singapore first and hope to visit as many places as possible. This has been an interesting holiday and i don’t want to waste it just like last year’s holidays. I’m going to blog about the more detail stuff about the Tall Island trip, Ash’s surprise bbq party with Cheryl, Rach, Jun Hao, Govin, Marcues, Yann Ee, I and Ash of course,and some other activities soon. Btw, i haven’t gotten the tall island pictures from cheryl, Ash’s birthday party from Ash, Cheryl and Jun Hao, and the final compilation of Services 1 assignment and Construction 2 Column and Site Visit from either Jun Hao or Cheryl. And i’ll post the pics i have soon. Also, i met one of the panel for Studio 2 final presentation.Mr Too the practising architect who is a UM lecturer and a passionate christian. He was in Mr Lee and Ms Kwok panel. The world is a small place, really. My grandfather now stays in Tung Shin Medicare, and the bed next to him lies the father of Mr Too who was once Sun Yat Sen’s teacher!. Man, he has a lot of stories to tell, like how he knows famous and powerful people. I recognised him the moment he walked in. My family was there as well. We exchanged ‘hellos’ and my father and Mr Too started chatting. He is a friendly person and chit chatty. Like my father. haha. The conversation started with Mr Too’s dad ( who once suffered in ailments) and then my grandfather, then Mr Too’s family, then Mr Too’s church ppl, then he said alot about christian things (really passionate),then he introduced himself as an architect, then me saying i saw him before, then talked about architecture ( comparing UM students with Taylors, and not really glad to hear that Taylor’s students are lazier. haha), then my parents asked which Uni better, then Mr Too explained he’s more into the British and US ones ( Ivy leagues of course, so hard to get in), then he talked about Mr Lee and Ms kwok migrating,he said they(Mr Lee and Ms Kwok) are good in what they do ( and i agreed also), then he mentioned he was a top student in Uni so he can recognise top students’ work, then he also said he gave 10 upon 10 for 2 students in Taylors during the final presentation coz he said they were good( if i’m not mistaken he said the praying mantis one and the other square square one, which i duno which one, hahahah), and he asked for my name….. (oh no! i hope he doesn’t remember my name…..). My holiday is well planned compare to the last two. I wish to learn more things during this break and probably sign up for dance classes as well!

    I used to have a blog in blogspot way longer than the one here you are reading. Then i find it quite mafan where you have to log in to write and i can never be satisfied about how my blog looks, i mean the layout and blogskin. So in the end, i started writing here and realised it’s much easier coz i’m usually logged in to friendster and my friends are able to know and view my blog when i update posts. Only until now that i find friendster blog gives me restrictions. Like how the pictures i upload are so small and has lower quality. And the whole layout of a blog post is cacat when i have pictures. Even though i placed the photo in the centre and captions below when i was blogging, the end result was not how i wanted it to be. All the pictures moved to one side or corner to allow space for my writings ( they were in paragraphs not captions) . I tried to correct it a few times but i got disappointment again and again. And now i even have trouble inserting images to my posts. Aiseh………..  So now i want to switch back to blogspot and i actually have 2 accounts there. Haha…. but i dun feel like moving coz of  the convenience of friendster blog. However, i like how you can place chatbox in blogspot and other things. But i can NEVER decide on the design of my blog! seriously. haha

I’m giving up. I see no hope and future. Let it turn to a hard stone from now on.

    Whatever it is, i’m not one of those who can get out of the shadow and let the light shine on me. Not now, not tomorow, not this year or the next and never will be. Forever is more like the word. I guess i’m joining the nunnery or become a workaholic, so that my life centers around work, work n more work so that i dont think and need other things.Haihz, a bit sad rite.Hahaha. I’m recruiting members who are planning to stay single for the rest of their lives. Anyone?

     i don’t encourage you all though. Haha. Those attached, enjoy your ‘partner life’! Those single : we rock! But i don’t plan to see you all in the nunnery! I’d be happy eating vegetables, praying, do charity work, hoping everyone lives happily  and living peacefully alone!

     You must be thinking this is such a weird post right? It sure is. Lol! i don’t understand myself either. They came from the heart. Now i feel lighter inside…. something gets untangled. This is where i drown myself. After ‘recovery’, i’d be as happy as always and forget about all the sorrows and yesterdays and move on.

   I always second guess and doubt my abilities, always thinking that i can’t do it and there are other people better than me. It’s true. There are. There are LOTS. I think i nid to trust myself more. I shud learn to take more risks and not scared of falling or not being on the ‘right’ side.

   Sometimes i feel like telling people something, but i’m scared they’d think i say or talk too much about myself. When i want to tell my family, i know they just can’t understand. They would just keep quiet or say i’m wrong or i’m right or that i did well or badly. So no point telling them, coz i’m used to them giving negative comments. When i want to tell somebody who is not taking this course, i feel very selfish. It’s like i want to talk to them because i have problems. Plus they are all very busy with their studies and their lives. So i can only talk here.

   Maybe i just need some encouragement. Maybe i just need to stand firmly on my ground and look on the bright side. Maybe i just don’t have to care so much about other people’s magnificent work. Maybe i just need to concentrate on mine and tell them the whole story of it. Maybe i shouldn’t care whether mine stands out or not, maybe i should find for the essence. Maybe i shouldn’t compare mine to theirs, because we are of different people with different needs. Maybe i shouldn’t question myself why i don’t do things like other people? The play of lights, facade, the geometrics, the height, the impact? Maybe size doesn’t matter?

     Come to think of it, if you shrink those bigger houses to a smaller size, they wouldn’t be as dynamic as they are or as intimidating as they seem to be. Maybe i shouldn’t care what other people said. Maybe i should believe myself and the totality  of it. Coz before submitting it, i believed this is the house he would want to live in. Coz when i was building it, i was always imagining him playing the piano elegantly inside. Although it is simple ( very compare to some houses), not as interesting as others ( i must say some are really creative), i believe this is his house. Not fanciful, but HIS house. Not as interesting and not ‘ alot of complicated or impressive stuff going on’ but it is HIS house. I would want to live inside too.

    Maybe i should experiment other forms before i decide? But i think it is the way it is supposed to be after listening to his composition. Maybe i should have more artistic, rhythmic curves goin on? Maybe what it is now is enough i think. Maybe i should make it look more pianistic and not trumpet-like or grammy award-like? I didn’t plan how it looks like at the beginning. Maybe i shouldn’t care how another house look alot like mine. I mean really similar. And the house is at the beach also……

     How i wish i could do it all over again. Have new character, new concept, new form, new everything…… i wonder how will it turn out to be? As i said earlier, it’s kinda like destiny. You know, how i wished for musician and beach side and i got them for real. Then how i have a ‘thing’ for Chopin ( there’s this feeling). Then how i began to really love his compositions and fell in love with piano music. Then i thought maybe i can really do this and prove to Mr Kid that my piano teacher is not boring.

     Then now i realised piano  teachers couldn’t be more boring. I mean compare to F1 drivers, model, dancer, murderer, kung fu master, fashion designer….. mine is boring to the B. Mine is piano   teacher not pianist. There is a difference you know. Btw, mine was a pianist and a piano teacher. That means i can only find those who are or were pianists and piano teachers at the same time, not just pianists like the guy  who played ‘bumblebee’. Maxim i think.

     Maybe i could have changed a bit of my wall, have more things going on. Or maybe i shouldn’t be decorative and stick to its true form. Coz with my form, i can’t do much. I don’t want to spoil it. But it looks very simple compare to other people’s. Maybe i shouldn’t think much and move on from where i left behind. Do my portfolio…..

    Haihzzz……. I can only pray now. Chopin, please give me strength and hope for the best for me, coz it’s your house you know! hehe… And Yundi, continue playing the paino like you used to, your playing is really heaven for the souls.
